この回は玲琳（慧月）の体調の悪さと、慧月（玲琳）がその回復を手助けしようとする話を扱っている。作画はとても良いと言わざるを得ない（特に矢を射る場面）。体はもう健康なのに、それでも無理を押して動く姿は見事だ。 終盤には新しい展開がある。玲琳付きの筆頭女官が入れ替わりに気づいたのだ。ここから面白くなる。 原作既読者として言えば、もっとうまくやれたと思うのは最後の明かされる場面だけだ。原作では冬雪はただ真剣な顔で立っていて、泣き出してもなお真剣な顔のままだった。内心では感情的に打ちのめされていても、女官としての落ち着きを保っていることがよく表れていた。それ以外は完璧な回だった。

This episode deals with the poor health of Reirin (Keigetsu) and how Keigetsu (Reirin) wants to assist her in getting better. I must say, the animation is very good (especially the arrow shot) and the way she pushes her body even it is healthy now is admirable. At the end we get new development, Reirin's main lady is aware of the swap. Now things will become interesting. As a manga reader I will say that the only part I think could have been done better is revelation at the end. Reirin's commitment is legendary. She still tries to help Kugetsu stay healthy in her unhealthy state while also committed to archery to show her determination. Kugetsu finally got the ending she deserved. She was selfish, broken, and disliked by her peers because of her horrid personality and took all the anger out on Leelee. She managed to learn that not all people have it good, even the beautiful ones. I really hope Kugetsu becomes a better person. I am also relieved Tosetsu, Reiren's loyal companion, realized that Reiren is actually in Kugetsu's body and a victim of forbidden magic. I wonder what will happen next!

これぞ決意——いや、行き過ぎな決意だ。あの壺は、いなくなった女性が仕掛けた呪いだったんだろうか。 というか、こんなことがあるのか。同じ回に引きが2回？玲琳が倒れてエンディングが流れたところで書き始めたら、そのあとに何が起きたかを知らされることになった。とんでもない。これを一週間このまま放置されるのは腹立たしい。この点でも、どこから着想を得たかは否定しようがない。

Now that's determination—too much of it. I wonder if that vase was a curse put there by the missing lady. Oh, is that even possible? Two cliffhangers in the same episode? Because I started writing just after Reirin collapsed and the credits rolled, only to find out what happened afterwards. That was something else! That's infuriating because how are they going to leave us like that for a week?! Even on this, you can't deny where they took inspiration from.
