   うわ、静香の母親は冷たいな。 今期の最終話は、レンタロウが彼女たちを支えるためなら何でもやる男だということを改めて示した。静香も例外じゃない。いずれにせよ、自分を証明するために必要なものは何でも使う度胸があった。ドラマチックな回ではあったけど、いつものおふざけの場面もちゃんとあったし、彼女全員が出てきた。個人的には、シーズンの締めくくりにふさわしい回だった。

   Damn, Shizuka's mother is a cold one. This final episode of the season reaffirms that Rentarou does whatever it takes to support his girlfriends. And Shizuka is no exception. Whatever the case, he had the balls to use whatever was necessary to prove himself. As dramatic as this episode was, they still had its goofy moments and all of his girlfriends made an appearance. A fitting season finale IMO.

   Honestly a bit worried we might not get another season since there was no "83 to go" at the end like the previous season. Was that second half anime original or in the manga? Seeing Rentaro confront the God of Love feels so oddly conclusive.

   Teared up watching Shizuka bit, glad it worked out. Rest of the episode with Rentarou supporting everyone was nice and a good way to end the season. Felt like a proper season finale. Been a fantastic season. Both Yaku and Yamame's been great addition. Chiyo and Momiji too. Hoping for s4 soon.

   静香の母親にはもっと強く出てもよかったけど、レンタロウはそういうやつじゃない。最後の部分は第85話「レンタロウと過ごす一日」の映像化で、みんなこれが最終回だと思っていた話だ。 4期の発表が本当に必要だ。信じて待つしかない。 全体としては、疑問の残る取捨選択も多かったけれど良いシーズンだった。アニメしか見ていない百カノのファンは、飛ばされた内容を全部味わうために、最初から漫画を読んだほうがいい。 （あと18歳のくすりが5秒だけ出てきた。前述の飛ばされた章のせいで、シーズン全体で彼女の唯一の出番だ。）

   Could have gone harder on Shizuka's mom, but that's not what Rentarou's about. Last part adapted chapter 85, "A Day with Rentarou" which everyone expected to be the finale. Big need for a season 4 announcement. Trust in the process. We need it. Overall it was a great season with lots of questionable choices. Any Hyakkano fan who has only watched the anime should get on the manga right from the beginning, to experience all the skipped content. (We also got 5 seconds of 18 year old Kusuri. Her only appearance in the entire season, thanks to the formally mentioned skipped chapters.)

   Instead of surprise Ahko, we actually got the Lap Pillow chapter at the end, which was the biggest gift that animators could have given me. 10/10.

   「お前、漫画より出番が多いぞ。俺の彼女たちの画面時間を奪おうとするな」レンタロウは恋愛の神と話すとき、遠慮なしの率直さだったな。笑 その前の前半、レンタロウと静香が静香の母親と話す場面は、静香が今の生活と出会えた友達すべてに感謝を伝える、とても心を打つやり取りになっていた。 吉本さんが、将来への心配のせいで静香の「今」が見えなくなっていたと気づいたのも良かった。 くすりの本来の姿が、のび太アイの薬を打ち消すために出てきたのも良かったし、疲れ切ったレンタロウのために彼女たち全員が膝枕を作る場面は、シーズンの締めくくりとして見事だった。 この素敵な作品の4期を応援している。

Before that, the first half with Rentaro and Shizuka having a discussion with Shizuka's mother made for a most touching exchange with Shizuka expressing her gratitude for the life she has and all the friends she's made. I was glad to see Ms. Yoshimoto realize her worries for the future made her lose sight on how Shizuka was doing in the present. I was also glad to see Kusuri's true form show up with that Nobita Eye drug needing to be negated, and all the girlfriends forming a lap pillow for an exhausted Rentaro made…

    正直に言うと、今期は前の2シーズンよりかなり弱く感じた。かなりの量をカットしたと読んだので、掘り下げが浅く感じるのも納得できる。自分の思い込みかもしれないけれど、前のシーズンのほうが彼女たちの紹介にきちんと尺を使っていた気がする。悪いというわけでは全くないが、自分の中では前ほど良くはなかった。

    Honestly this season felt alot weaker than the last 2, I read that they cut alot of stuff so it kind of makes sense why it feels less developed. Maybe I am just hallucinating but I felt that the GFs got more of an introduction in the previous seasons. It's not bad by any means just not nearly as good in my mind.
